Are you eager to learn, do you have technical insight and are you also hospitable and sociable? Then we are looking for you! As an All-round Facility Services employee you are the calling card of the Pater Groep. You perform daily maintenance at various companies in the Netherlands and know how to assess what is needed. Where necessary, you call in a specialist, such as an electrician or plumber. You maintain an overview, monitor the quality of the work and ensure that everything is done to the customer's satisfaction.
What will you do?
Work is varied. Examples include painting, small installations, logistics, moving furniture, AV support and assembly jobs (such as whiteboards, signage, flags and stickers). Don't have any experience with this? Don't worry, if you're open to learning we trust you'll be fine.
Your day starts at our office in Almere, after a cup of coffee you take the things you need for the day and go on your way. You visit customers, do or coordinate maintenance and have a chat. You relieve the customer so they can focus on their core business. At the end of the day you get a call: tomorrow an entire floor has to be moved at an office at the Zuidas in Amsterdam - you switch immediately. Flexibility is key.
Occasional trips abroad?
At Pater Group, we also work for international clients. That means that sometimes you get to work on location abroad for a few days. A great opportunity to combine work and adventure - well taken care of, of course. Not a standard job, but one with variety and international experience.
